Just got back in from taking the Harley for a spin and saw this comment.
Sorry, but "point, shoot, aim" comes to mind. Not enough info yet for
such a terse response from a relatively anonymous post.
We have no knowledge of the transaction other than the new guy, Josh,
has a broken motor. He never said it was "knowingly" sold to him
with a bad engine. He said: "The most painful thing for me thus far
has been finding out that it was sold to me with a bad engine." End
of story so far. For all we know, he bought it from a widow or off a
consignment lot or from someone who didn't know the engine was bad and
it had sat in a barn for 10 years. We don't even know if it was
running when Josh bought it.
I think it might be appropriate to get a little more info on the deal
before we break out the nooses.
