Curious what others are doing on 3208's air cleaner element changes. Noted a
1-2 mpg
drop in my mileage over the last few trips and thought the old girl might be
having trouble
breathing. I've run this filter for 40,000 miles and decided to change it on
general principles.
Old WIX element looked pretty dirty. Time will tell if it did any good. Any
thoughts?

I wonder if you paid less than $50 I am asking for the complete turbo aircleaner
assembly I have available, includes clean Wix filter.

Eric, I'm not a fan of replacing filters just for a PM exersize but
if it was dirty and no restriction, you may have a leak in the
element. Dirty filter with a drop in MPG is a "good sign" that the
bird was laboring and the filter didnt fail but needs replacing.

Hi Mike,
Sounds like you have a good deal for anyone needing the whole assembly.
Replacement
WIX filter was $54 at local NAPA store.
