I have found the weakest link to the frozen pipes saga. The water pipe
run through the nightstand on the street side have been repaired many
times due to the fact that there is no warm air circulating there.
So, this is the area that needs most of the attention. I will repair
all these runs with pex and add some heat tape.

cold lines, probably put it under the galley sink since there is "some"

Yes Bill. Probably will use that or something similar. I found a
couple a while back that should work. One that opens at set temp is
what I had in mind. Then it won't cause issues in the warmer months, or
just close it off in summer.

i AM not following but you need 2 valves in the rear that I just
replaced on mine with ball valves to run the chassis heaters and the
hot water heater
constant on to recirc the water thru the hot water heater in the
summer and the other to turn on the other valve for the kick heaters
with the winter setting in mine at 20degrees it was a little cool in
the back untill i turned on the aux water pump then all was good
on the fc it has another valve up ft under the coach for its driver
heat and also factory it has 2 sets of 2 manual screw in valves like
at your house if you blow a line or its real hot to block off the flow

I am talking about adding a constant circulating pump for the fresh
water/hot water system. Not the engine coolant. You do need 2 sporlan
