Bob,
About thirty five years ago I was in Greenville in July working with a new
salesman. I parked on a downtown street and left the motor running and stepped
into a deli to pick up a sandwich. When I came out an officer was writing me a
ticket for leaving my keys in the car and the motor running.
But as luck would have it the new salesman and the chief of police were very
good friends.

he goes to the register to pay and someone steals his
vehicle, who owes for the stolen fuel? Maybe as soon
as the nozzle starts flowing fuel in you tank, you
are presumed to pay for it regardless?? Well!, doggies!!
