Does anyone know the number of the power steering filter on a 89 SP 36'. I
don't know if mine has ever been changed. Thanks

My 82 FC has a label on the side of the reservoir with the filter number on it.
The number
was also visible on the top of the filter.

Don,

If the filters (4 of them) are the same as our '87 PT38...

I purchased the filter, seals, gaskets from Bluebird.

Three filters, #2138246...one filter #2122026...one bowl o-ring #
21137024...one cover gasket #2138261.

Hope this helps.

If I'm correct, it is the same unit for the pusher engine radiator fan.

Curt --- Lawrence I think I only have one filter & it is in the back
lift up to the right of the rad on the curb side.It is a round black with a
lid on the top. Take the lid off & pull the filter out. A parts guy said he
could match it if he had the filter. I would like to have the parts number my
self. Do you think Blue Bird put a different system on the SP ? I have a Eaton
pump.

Another non-documented component.

From the PS unit, follow the clamped/low pressure/
return/suction line to the reservoir where you check/
add PS fluid, unbolt the top, filer is at the bottom.

Order brom BB or have NAPA cross-referrence.
