What I found out after buying parts[filter, thermostats, nozzle, photo
eye] and spending the whole day on my Aqua Hot 1]First problem
appeared to be that the burner would run then turn off.I had
activated the burner by turning up the thermosats, all 3 to the mid
80's when the burner failed to go on I then checked the domestic hot
weater at the sink and found it not to be hot after several minutes.
OK what I didn't take into consideration was that the burner was
coming on then shutting off because the temperature requirement had
been met [its Florida and probably high *80's in the coach. 1st
operator error. 2] after turning the stats to the highest setting
the burner ran and the exhaust was clean and hot, it only shut off
when I turned the stats down. Now for the hot water problem. After
exhausting myself, a trip to the local Blue Bird dealer and quizzing
the mechanics,I called Aqua Hot-- should have done that first.
explained about the domestic water not heating and was asked if my
outside wash station valves were turn off. They were not,, problem
solved. Having both turned on caused them to act like a mixing valve
not allowing the hot water to circulate..OPERATOR ERROR. Many Thanks
to all who responded to my request for help. I learned a great deal
about my BlueBird. Many Thanks to all. Donald
