The mystery of the non-operating tail lights is solved. A wire had
pulled off the the back of the Bosch relay that controls them ... it
was barely touching the terminal, so I'd get a 0.1 volt reading. Now
I'm getting full voltage ... and a whole bunch of other lights came
on that I didn't expect. Kind of like a Christmas tree -- parking
lights and the 'bar' between the headlights. Didn't even realize that
they were there. Also get a nasty "headlight alert" when the ignition
key is off. I get the feeling that BB must have gotten a bargain on
crummy sounding, annoying buzzers.
