Just a curiousity - I have noticed that the tag wheel hubs on 2000
model LXi 43 coaches have the "turned-out" hub, and some later models
- as well as earlier than 2000 - are "turn-in." Are these steerable
tags? Thanks.

Yes, they are a version of steering that Bluebird introduced for a short
period of time.

In 2000 an active steerable tag was standard on the WL. Some 2000
Wanderlodges have had the steerable tag removed at no cost, the
turned-out wheels is the indicator.
