There is 12VDC going to the upper dash EL inverter (only one inverter).
Using a clamp-on meter, clamping round one inverter wire at a time,
should I get ACV reading from at least one of the wires? I tried this
and no ACV reading on the meter.
Could the rheostat cause a no load condition to the inverter, and in
turn cause the inverter to go bad?
