Hi folks,

After a little over ten years of full-timing in our 'bird, we have decided
to settle down. We bought a house just north of Charleston last winter and
after spending lots of money to rehab it, we decided that the time has come to
stay put and enjoy our family and friends.

I am going to list the coach with The BirdConnection and on the forum BBS,
along with locally. We are about moved out of it now, and I am working on a
deal whereas I can leave the coach plugged in and the A/C on rather than just
letting it sit on a lot in this heat and humidity.

Soon I will have a list of everything that has been done to the coach, plus
a list of "extras" that will come with it. Whereas it has a 6 foot work
station behind the navigators seat and the cabinetry I build where the dinette
goes, this would be a perfect mobile office. However it would still
accommodate a couple or a family of three easily.

I am going to price it at what I think is fair at $27,500, considering that
whoever buys it will NOT have to buy batteries, tires, belts, air bags, new
radiator, or immediately change the fluids, or other wise have it serviced,
etc. I have documentation of everything I have done, with most receipts. Just
about everything on this coach works. Because we lived in it full time, I
maintained all those things I could, and things I couldn't I had done by
reputable garages.

I have thought about putting it on eBay where I have an account, but not
sure how that would go, and if any of you have any thoughts on that I would
appreciate you sharing them with me.

Your bird sounds good and priced right..maybe even a bit
low...recommend $29,000...
On EBAY you would get a worldwide audience..and...you can put a
reserve on it so you do NOT have to sell unless you get your
price...lot of people out there on EBAY...
good luck on your sale, I have a 80FC31 and would not sell it for
less than $30,000 if it was for sale..the old ones are bulletproof!!
Good luck in your new home!

Hi Tom,
So the old salt is going to be a landlubber. Jolly
good for you mate, what are going to do with all the
space of even a modest sized dwelling.

I for one do appreciate your past postings. To me they
have been informative from the technical standpoint and
interesting from the trips you took.

Have you considered Birdconnection? There are only
a few FC's listed there not many to choose from mostly
SP's, PT's.

Wherever you decide, we wish you a quick sale at a good
price. And, keep in touch, plenty of opportunity here
to pass on to others your expertise.
