Tom, What are the requirements for needing to grt an R endorsement
in NY? And what happened to the NE Rally?

Tom in New York State any driver of a coach over 40 feet or 26,000 #
(and I believe that includes the toad, and includes all
Bluebirds) must have an R endorsement to his license or a CDL.
You have to sign up for the road test, pay $10 for the permit and
then schedule and pass the road test to get the endorsement.

Still thinking about a rally when would be a good time? I just joined
the NYS Roamers based near me and will go to their rally here on June
16th weekend. Its only $6. for the rally and $15/night. Want to go?
Its at Copes Corners Campground, on Rt 51 near Gilbertsville,NY
