Full Version: How far out does generator slide protrude?

I've never had my generator slide out. I think I have some issues
with the slide control mechanism but I'd like to open it to change the
oil and filters. It's in a storage lot with another RV next to it. I
need to know the maximum extension to know if there's enough room for
it to completely extend before hitting the adjacent RV should the
control mechanism malfunction during the extension. Any detail
oriented people out there that know this distance of the top of their
head?

Kerry about the lenght of the gen but I will measure it now

I was wrong it is 25" from the bumper of the BB to the front of the slide

That should give me plenty of room to extend it. Do you know if the
PT and FC have similar extensions?
