Anyone know how to the get the allan wrench-type key necessary for
changing the combination on the safe?

Kerry,
I have a wrench-type key and I think it's for our safe. I'm not sure
what brand safe we have. What make/model safe in your Bird? Let me know
and I'll check my safe and documentation. If the key will work in yours,
I can send it to you so you can change the combination and you return
the key me.

Curt:
That is a generous offer. Thank you. In the equipment list, the name
'Intersec' is handwritten on the safe line. I think that is the mfg.
The coach is in the storage lot so I can't run out and check it, but
I believe I recall seeing that name on it when I was checking to see
if it looked like the same safe as in the combination changing
instructions posted over on FC_Wanderlodge. If it looks as if the key
will work, my address is Kerry Edwards, 117 W. Irvington Place,
Denver, CO 80223.

Kerry,
Near as I can tell our Bird safe is a LA GARD, model #2575, 7" round
door with combination dial in the center. I don't find anything about
"Intersec" in my documentation.

I'll get a look at mine and see what it says on the safe itself.
