We are still looking for a BB. I have found 2 87's, an 89 and a couple
of 84 and 85's. None are located close to us and I will have to fly
across the country to see them. I do like the newer models because of
the 300 HP engine. But of course there is also the price factor. All
but one of these units has all the original manuals. The 85 has
complete service records but for some reason the seller syas he has one
manual only. If this were a normal Motorhome I would not worry. But the
BlueBird appears to be very complicated and a lot of the systems are
quite different. ? I am not worried about the common items: Fridge,
stove ,etc. But I would need the manuals and especially any service
diagrams and part #'s for the other items. Are these manuals available?

Thanks: Bruce

Maybe a BB soon.

Scott

Bruce, as you and others have said they are complicated machines.

For example:you said "I am not worried about the common items:
Fridge" WHEN I replace the fridge I had to rebuid the cabinets and
make a special foam "gasket" to fill the space around the new refer!

Just some friendly advise. For me, when working on the coach, I
follow the "nothing is as easy as it looks" approach. Seems to hold
true.
