On my 89sp, I have 4 coach batteries(12v),in 2 sets. For starting I
have 2 12v for the Cat. What amperage cutoff swithces do I need? I
have looked at the marine ones that have a sw for 1 or 2 batteries.
Has anyone added these switches?
thanks for the help

I can't give you a definite answer for what amperage
switch you will need, nor do I recall the amperage
rating of the rotary model Bluebird currently
installs. However, depending upon the engine and its
starter, the momentary starting motor current can
reach as high as 2,000 amps. Therefore, don't be
talked into any "knife blade" model or type used for
other than the full starting current of your coach.
