As I'm settling into school here in Albuquerque, it's becoming obvious I
need to sell my Bird to help pay tuition. And as I left it in storage
yesterday it made me pretty sad it would have to sit so much after I just
finished a 9000 mile trip around the country. It kept running better and
better as I traveled, it's a great unit. So I thought before I listed it on
E-Bay, I would just make mention here in case any lurkers out there are
interested.

You can see pictures under "Desiderata" in the photos section of this board.
If anyone has interest I can send you more and of whatever you wish to see.

My asking price is $30k minus $5000 for the issues I wasn't able to fix up
to this point. They are listed at the end of the e-mail. So. $25K.

Since most everyone is up on their Birds here, I'll just list the changes
and upgrades I've made.

New,,,,

Inside

AC units (2) (Dometic Penguin)

Fridge (Dometic)

Ice maker (U-Line)

Microwave (Kenmore)

Vents (2) (Fantastic (one is full auto))

Water pump (domestic water)

Rear LCD TV and DVD player

Winegard Roadstar TV Antenna

Backup Camera (sony)and monitor

Toilet

Front and Kitchen blinds

Dash Gauges (Datcon)

CB

Water Heater (Raritan coolant or electric)

Pioneer Navigation System w/ XM radio

-600watt surround sound system w/ 8 high end speakers and subwoofer.

-30 inch LCD TV, mounted above driver and passenger, that shows the
navigation/ DVD's/ Cable TV and also is the screen for the built in
computer.

-Shuttle computer with Media Center software. If your not familiar with this
software or unit. It is basically a high end computer and also has the
functions of a DVR (record shows, play/copy CD's and DVD's). You can also
e-mail and do anything else you would with a normal computer.

-Data Storm high speed internet dish. Click a button and five minutes later
you have high speed internet ANYWHERE in the US. ($7000+) system. VOIP
capable.

Engine

New

Air Compressor

Alternator (Leece-Neville 160 amp)

Power steering box and pump

Belts and hoses

Horton air actuated fan clutch

Re-cored radiator (swing out)

Re-insulated Doghouse

Alarmstat (195 deg)

Electrical

8 batteries with single point water fill system.

True charge +40 battery charger

Prosine 1800 watt inverter with remote interface

25 ft 50 amp and 30 amp cordsets

Outside

9000 miles on 6 new tires

4 new Firestone Airbags

Koni Adjustable shocks (front 2)

Machine polished aluminum wheels

Re-chromed front bumper

Paint condition 7 out of ten

Issues

I've tried to fix everything that didn't work as new but here are the things
I didn't get to.

-Rear main seal leak

-One rear jack could use a rebuild the other rear needs one.

-Black water isolation valve leaks by

-Grey tank has a drip sized leak next to on outlet

-Somehow I bled the engine AC unit down, so I removed the belt to the
compressor. Should upgrade and just replace the compressor.

-Minor dent behind driver's side front bumper.

-Outside temp readout is always -40 deg. (I don't think that's right)

Thanks!
