Guy,

I purchased a new turn signal assembly for my 1986 38'PT a few yrs ago from
BB Parts, and they sent me the wrong side. I tried to get the correct side,
and they said it was no longer available. I never returned the wrong one, so
I do have a brand-new turn signal assembly, hut it has "LH" not "LT" molded
in the plastic. Are you sure your's indicates "LT"?

If mine is the one you need, I think I paid around $60 for it. You can have
it for $40, and pay the shipping. BB says neither side is available any
longer.

I hope it will work for you. Let me know. BTW, my old lens had a 1" rock
hole in it, and I simply covered the hole with a amber clearance light lens,
and did the same to the other side It almost looks like it was made that way.

Hi Everybody,
Just goy back from st louis to see the progress. They (truck Centers of troy)
have done alot of
work. The hold up was progressive exes had to sign off on the large amont
($47,500) for a
86 but in two weeks the new front axle assembily, gen slide, side fab is all on.
I am
impressed so far the mechs are very good and are used to heavy truck work.
I am in need of tracking down a front head light assembily or cover and a
front right turn
light marked LT in the back if that makes since? for a 86 pt- 40
what other years would have the same head light covers?
thanks for the help

Glad to help out. I envy your lifestyle, and I just might take you up on
your offer in the future to be my tour guide in North Carolina.

My kids love your drawings!
