Folks,

On my Lxi, whether running shore power or
generator power, turning on an AC unit causes
the voltage on the other leg to rise, and the
voltage on the AC leg to drop. This doesn't
seem quite normal to me. Any idea what the
cause could be? I'm thinking a faulty or loose
neutral somewhere. Any idea on how to debug
this problem?

TIA,

Dave,

Don't want to alarm you because I could never
determine exactly if the two were related; however,
mine did that for several years. One day (3 days
before warranty expiration date) it went to zero and
240V on legs. Was faulty stator, PowerTech sent
replacement.
For whatever it's worth, if mine did that now, I'd
be delivering it to PowerTech and citing my previous
experience.
