Sounds more like a Craigslist ad. "Presidential XL40"? That is a model I've never heard of. My 1983 was called a PT40. The Cruiseair ducted AC units that came on the 83 PT40 worked very well on my coach. The add on rooftop airs do not appear to have been helpful to the roof liner. Caveat emptor.

Depending on where you are, it may be hard to find someone to work on the Cruiseairs. Some folks sacrifice the roof vents so they can have AC.
