I agree, Curious...
Last week I called on one where the bus was located in southern Michigan and the owner was in central Arizona. Given long-term cell phone contracts and the way people travel today ...you never know what is going on, or where???

One other thing I've noticed (a lot of) is that on Craig's List, sellers are posting their ad in different parts of the country, just for the exposure to a larger market of buyers.

I have seen that picture before but can't remember where.
