Yes Ernie I believe this is a Jeff Miller bus. It was for sale about a year ago as well, the same pictures were used. It was mentioned to be perfect at that time as well. It did not sell as it could not fetch the sellers asking price.

I talked to the owner this morning, he is here in Central Arizona.
A real nice guy that has redone a few buses over the years.
From our discussion he really cares about fixing a bus "from top to bottom -
the RIGHT WAY".
His knowledge and passion really shines when you speak with him.
If you call he is open to talking honestly about ALL that has been done to the bus to make it be as good as it looks in the photos.
Ernie I remember when Jeff painted that bird. He was able to use
Holland motors paint booth. Jeff sand blasted that bird down to bare
metal before painting.

This bus sold for $40K on 01-13-16.
The reserve must have been very close to $40K.
