Heck of a price, but this falls under you get what you pay for. I think it would be fair to point out the note of interest half way through the listing that says: "UNIT HAS A REBUILT TITLE". Rebuilt title, also known as a salvage title, means an insurance company totaled it and it was rebuilt in some fashion, which accounts for a lot of items that don't look like something that Blue Bird ever installed - e.g. I had never heard of a Vessani refrigerator before today. In some states salvage titles come with a host of challenges to register and get insured. Looking at all the changes in the back half of the coach, my guess is fire.

I did not read that section of the ad until your post. You are correct as upon closer inspection of the pics the shower, toilet, bath counter do not look like factory Wanderlodge.
