Nice clock, but I sure wish somebody would come up with a replacement for the nice overhead bedroom clock that quit working 4-5 years ago.

I have found on a couple of my clocks that there appears a small crack or void in a soldered joint, that when resoldered, makes the clock usable, again. your mileage and results will vary

Yup, what he said, I've fixed many a panel, clock, logic board, tucked into the "caverns" of birds over the years with solder and an old iron. Always carry an old iron with 5 different wattage tips. Over 40 years old!!!!!!!! Still works!

Yes and the same exact thing happens to the boards on the rooftop AC units. I have had mine out for re-soldering multiple times. Re-did virtually every solder on the front one about two months ago. Freezing cold now. Easy fix. I wonder how many ACs have been replaced over the years due to poor solders on the boards?
